The economic crisis resulting from COVID 19, along with social distancing and stay at home orders, has impacted Canadian consumer buying habits. Many consumers have resorted to online shopping (e-Commerce) and many estimate that consumers may retain behaviours they adopted during the pandemic. The return to 'normal' may never happen.

Many communities, Belleville , Orangeville, Hamilton, have developed local eCommerce solutions to support small business as a result of COVID 19. The Town of Shelburne recognizes the need to plan for what many are calling the new normal.

In an effort to provide 'Best Practices' the Town of Shelburne wants to hear from you! Are you e-Commerce ready? Your feedback will help us learn and develop local solutions to support the future of our businesses.

The survey will take 5 minutes to complete and your responses are confidential. Responses will not be identified by individuals, all responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.
