Shelburne BIA Event Form

The Shelburne BIA is excited to host the beloved Santa Claus Parade, a cherished community tradition!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, you will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance and have all participants sign an Assumption of Risks, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Waiver. These documents must be submitted by the specified date to secure your group's participation in the parade. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the event.
